It's here.
Yeah, that is probably it. I really get into one game for a short period of time. I do not enjoy consuming content constantantly in small doses. What I love is the hype, novelty... I really enjoyed GFL 2 for the first two months though.
.
It was fun early game. Then come frustrations from repeating dailies, from playing sloppy maps made of blue/black block, from seeing the same characters over and over again, from not having dorm options like room designer or redressing dolls (500 Kč for an outfit is a joke, I bought a few though), from devs probably never adding covenant option to your favourite dolls... Just burnout.
.
When you got nothing else to play, gacha is tempting. It is hard to understand this feeling, unless you are a gamer who went without really playing anything for months or even years. Now I got options though. It was fun for a while. It is probably a good gacha. Just not for me. Also, I liked GFL 1 a little better.
Sometimes you just need to vent because the disappointment is too great to remain silent in the face of what could have been a promising game from where it came, had they only put their soul into it again. Which they did not.
At the same time you would have to question what the point of ANY thread stating an opinion is. The positive ones don't add anything of value for you either, they only exist because someone could not contain their excitement only for themselves and wanted to share. It's basically the same principle.
If you take both of these types of topics out of the forums you'd basically only have "xyz is not working send help" remain.
I bought none. Reason was they ask 20$ for an outfit fine... but then they are too lazy to make new interactions in the fitting room for it. What am I paying 20 bucks for if they don't put any work in and only change the textures?
So i want to know if it's worth picking up, even if for me, it's a hard pill to swallow the fact that we don't have any free resources anymore, just paid ones, and also paid gacha which wasn't present in the original game save for the costume gacha
