Games with GFL2 combat?

I know there's some major ones like XCOM, but they're missing what I love about GFL2 and that's the ability to combo with ally actions. For example, with Sharkry, QJ, Colphene, and Groza. I can have Groza counter an enemy who attacks an ally within 6 tiles. Before Groza fires, Colphene supports and buffs Groza. Groza fires and then QJ supports triggering Overburn (at V3), the Overburn effect triggers Sharkry to do ANOTHER support attack on the enemy. From a single enemy action my entire squad chain reacted.

Now that's an extreme example, but it's one of the most fun aspects of GFL2s combat. Are there any other tactical RPGs with combat like that or is GFL2 unique?

Troubleshooter: Abandoned children... it can be a bit overwhelming and the story a bit on the WTF, but combat, classes synergies and.... it has to much :D
