Black screen when starting the game

I just downloaded the game and when I finished downloading the game, it restarts, and when I open it again, the screen goes black, does anyone know how to solve it, on my phone it's the same

Hey got the same thing today.

Verify game integrity with steam.
Restart PC.
Game will load. You might see some heavy HDD activity for 30 secs but will load after.

I downloaded the game from Hao and now it works great, I think steam is the problem
