How do I know if i am HaoPlay or Darkwinter?

I played the game right when it released on their own launcher, and It´s incredibly difficult to understand what to do to be able to use my account on steam now?

Check what the steam store page says under "publisher", that's the one for the region you're in. If you need to check which publisher the standalone version you have installed is from, I guess you could start up the launcher and check in the server selection in the settings; iirc if there's only one server it's darkwinter, if there's more then it's haoplay.
