Yes, im playing on 1440p and yes i have the highest possible graphics and still 110 FPS... But 100% GPU utilisation. I have a 4070 Super. i dont think that should happen. or its me being stupid.

Not in the gameplay, in the menu when the models are rendered on high quality. Mistake from my part. while playing i too have aroun 35-50%

Have 4070 super and 1440p monitor, same fps, also have microstutters on loadings and some actions animations

I had the same issue but disabling VSync resolved it in my case. I hope this will help.
