Does this game use Anti-Cheat or similar?

I'm asking because one of my laptops uses Linux exclusively and I can play most gacha on it through proton as long as the game in question doesn't use Anti-Cheat.

There's no info about it for now. As a matter of fact there's never been any kind of anti-cheat on GFL1 nor PNC, so maybe GFL2 won't have one either.

Well GFL1 and PNC were mobile only as in they didn't have a official PC build, GFL2 has one. For example Nikke PC client has anti-cheat software. But I guess we will see.

There is no kernel level anticheat, people managed to play gf2 on linux and steam deck.

I also did play the beta on steam deck. No issues outside of no controller support

Game launches fine with ge-proton8-32, with proton9 it doesnt launch at all.

Can confirm the game launches with both ge-proton8-32 and wine-ge-proton8-26. And be sure to install the "allfonts" to wine prefix, or all the in-game text gonna be missing.

No luck with proton 9 though.
