i'm from South East Asia and I have access to Darkwinter Steam.
Although I'm not sure which one Singapore gets, since it's way too small.
HOWEVER, the non-Steam client from the official is supposedly Darkwinter, so even if you're in Haoplay region (or non-supported region like Vietnam) you can still play on Darkwinter, it just won't be on Steam.
Haoplay has a later launch and doesn't allow Sunborn IDs to play. And while it might sound like doom posting, I wouldn't be surprised if there will be "technical difficulties" and different content because of "discrepancies" between MICA and Haoplay in a few months.
Haoplay has more importent markets like South Korea and Japan which are big in games like that so maybe Haoplay has an bigger playerbase then Darkwinter.
On Steam the Darkwinter site is completely blocked and on googleplay you can access the site, when using the direct link, but you can't download it.
Do we know if our versions will start were China started and release new stuff the same way they did, or be on a seperate schedule of the global publisher's chosing?
You shouldn't have problems with: https://gf2.haoplay.com/en/
