There's 2 versions: Darkwinter (Mica) one which is used in most of Asia (except South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Kazakhstan), US, Canada, the Caribbean, Africa, Australia, some South America countries, former Yugoslav countries, UK, Finland, most of Central America, and some other countries), and Haoplay one (South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Kazakhstan, most of Europe, Mexico, most of South America, a few others)

You're in the board of Haoplay version.

Or just download the official client from the dev site and don't use Steam's version. That one defaults to Darkwinter version if you don't want to try the Haoplay version.

Nope. EU aswell here, no store page access for the darkwinter client
