I regret my sentinel choice! ( SPOILERS)

I didn't choose Duncan and i regretted immediatelly during the Small Council, that dude is a lunatic. I went with the Godfather logic, in times of war you need a war consiglieri haha. People who chose Duncan, how did it turn out for you?

Duncan was logical but he failed to organise our troops when Ramsay showed up and the other guy didn't attend the meeting with Ramsay.

I´m betting that, at least for this episode, the result will be pretty much the same no matter who you choose. Well see how this turn out in episode 2.

Honestly, I didn't want to pick either, since they were both like "Oh, you're an idiot if you choose the other guy, I'm CLEARLY the best man for the job!" but I liked Duncan better (even though I like Ser Royland to an extent), so I chose him. I'm curious as to what happened to Ser Royland if you chose Duncan as your Sentinel, and if I'm not mistaken, Duncan disappears if you choose Ser Royland.

Either way, the two need to stop being lunatics and step up their game next episode if I'm to like them in the long run.

Duncan because clearly Lord Forrester trusted him. Also he seems way smarter and Royland seems like your typical brute who tries to approach everything with violence. Besides Royland clearly didn't respect Ethan from the beginning. Was a pretty obvious choice imho.

I did the same thing and regretted it as soon as the Small Council convened. I think I might repllay to see what happens otherwise. a LOT of this game seemed to be very negative no matter what way you spin things. Typical GoT style I suppose.

i chose duncan even though i mostly agreed with royland. thought it would be good to have a different perspective when making decisions

Ser Royland, the choice was tough I questioned myself many times but in the end I decided that I was the logical diplomatic and needed a seasoned soldier to advise me in the ways of war. Yes Royland doubted you in the start but as you start to step up and play the part of a lord he starts to respect you. I do feel bad for Duncan he seems to have his heart in the right place, but you are dealing with Ramsey Snow.. cruelty and violence are sure to follow. I think the hardest part of the entire episode was trying to decide how to approach getting help in Kings Landing..

SAme for me. These are desperate times and Ramsay Snow is just the cherry on top. I went with Royalnd because we needed to be strong. The Bolton would have us wiped out in the worst case scenario. At least we would fight.

I went for Royland, i like the way he dealt with the theif. Also i think that Duncan would be easier to talk around later whilst with Ser it feels best to keep him close. I dont think it will make much of a difference eitherway however

I went with Duncan because I thought he would be able to outsmart Ramsay or his lackeys, but no. This ridiculous Ramsay from the TVshow who looks like an evil hobbit must be this unstoppable force who is strongest, smartest and cunniest than the player. I'm really disappointed.

I went with Duncan, but I felt sorry for Royland because the game makes him look like a ♥♥♥♥, just like it did with Kenny in TWD 2. I think whoever we chose as Sentinal will have a bigger impact in the later episodes.

Without a doubt they will die next episode this is Game of Thrones we are talking about.

I went with Royland even though I thought Duncan was the better choice. I figured I needed both of them but Royland would probably be the most likely to turn against me if I didn't choose him, and I still mostly followed Duncan's advice. I really did hope to live long enough to explain all that to Duncan though *sigh*
I hope Royland doesn't cause too much trouble now that he thinks I wanted him in charge.

I have the suspicion that the guy you didn't choose as Sentinel helped Ramsay in some way.
