Yes, but you can't get to the settings menu until you start the game

I had the same problem. At first I was upset. then I played around with the settings and finally found my monitor resolution (and full screen option). You have to start the game first and it showes on the main menu. There is an arrow head (sort of) you click on the main menu. > . then it should be in settings (I actually think they could have done a better job on the instructions.

The main menu is an atrocity even for consolitis standards, but the settings can be found by toggling rightward of the play button, and you have to exit by clicking "to previous menu" on the bottom of the individual settings menu screens if you want the game to actually apply your changes.

I can't display 2560x1080 properly
You press play on steam, the game launches, then move right for settings, resolution...there you go.

Looking at the setting prior to play any game usually helps, rather than launching forward and complain for no reason.
