Subtitles options

Hello, I'm well aware that there are only english subtitles, I was wondering why though ? Is there any particular reason why the wouldn't make multi-language subs ? It's only a 2 hours episode at most, so I'm guessing it's not a resources problem. Have they ever stated why ? Because I can't find the answer,
