Episode 4 (Spoilers) The choice with Bershka
So you are given the choice to let Bershka kill her old master or stop her. I let her kill him and found that only 25% or people, at the time, choose the same way. Now I know most people are following the orders of Daenerys to let the city take its justice but she also said that the soldiers were just clearing the path and the slaves must act for themselves. My thought process was that I was following her instructions to the letter because I let Bershka, a former slave, kill her master which pretty much no other slave has the right to do because you find out the master used slave children, like Bershka, to fight to the death for his amusement. Does anyone else think letting her kill the master was the right choice or that I just made The Queen of Dragons angry?

The queen is spoiled, and she wants justice to be hers.

Lol I guess so, I always play these games, Telltale games, how I want to play them and maybe not the "right" game choice to better myself in the game. So it looks like I'm gonna have to tell Daenerys off a bit.

That or get her off a bit. She seems to respond well to that.

She does seem to go for the cocky, charming sellswords so I'm in luck.

I took the knock it off the both of you choose and killed him myself.

I feel like I can talk myself out of having Bershka kill him since she was his former slave but if Asher had done it I don't know.

Daenerys said that the fate of the masters was to be left up to slaves, and Beshka (sp?) is a former slave, so I would argue that technically her orders have not been violated - or at least that's the story I would present to the queen.

That was my hope, I can only wait and see if the game gives me that option to explain myself because sometimes it does and sometimes its doesn't give me the text option I want. I was just very surprised at the lack of people who didn't let Bershka kill her old master.

I killed the master myself because I thought that Beskha and Croft were about to be at each other's throats if I chose one of the other two instead, and things were already getting tense between the three of them throughout the episode before Beskha went after her old master. And I also figured that Asher will probably be forgiven for it since he has plot armor on.

Usually that's what I would do; but, under the circumstances, it just didn't feel right. She had every reason to want to kill him, and there was no reason the queen should argue with that. Unless, that is, she was hoping to make some kind of big public execution; but even then, it's just one less person to hang. And what I don't get is; why the hell is scarface so intent on telling her? It's not like the queen even had to know about it.

If it had come to that; I was prepared to kill him. And if I was given the choice; I would have made it look like the slavemaster did it.

Well, keep in mind that that hasn't happened yet - for all we know, it will be revealed that this guy was super special for some reason, forcing him to inform the queen about how he died.

I would have made it look like the slavemaster did it.
For whom, CSI Mereen? If one of her most trusted officers ends up dead, she'd assume that Asher is responsible regardless of what the "evidence" might say.

I decided to stop Beshka for my first run of Episode 4. There might be a way to explain to Dany the situation if Beshka killed the slave master, but I did want to take that chance. Besides, I'm hoping this master is one of the unfortunate dudes that Dany decides to make an example of. ;)

Still, I've been treating Beshka badly in my first saved game. Many have to switch gears since I like her character, and I don't want her to hate me enough to split my skull open.

I don't know. The other option that I had going in my head was to actually stop Beskha. Not that the master didn't deserve to die, but they were all on a much more crucial mission right now, which required no distractions or stalling. I also figured that Beskha was probably going to take too long and his screams would attract the guards. But I didn't want to fight her also, so I went with the Kill Him Yourself one.

I ended up choosing to kill him myself, and in a way that's both good and bad. I've kept regretting not being able to help Beskha as well and her getting the shaft, but when it came to the slaver, I very nearly sided with her. I mostly just wanted to get in the way Croft's crossbow but I had no idea what Asher would do, and so I killed him myself. This helps though because not only is Beskha's master dead now but the mission can continue on and even is Beskha isn't gonna die she won't take the blame, Asher will.

I still feel like ♥♥♥♥ for denying her revenge though. It was the right thing to kill that ♥♥♥♥.
