*SPOILERS* Sera and The Lord
So, I was conflicted about betraying Sera to the Lord or not. I chose not to, but I am thinking I chose wrong. Here is why...
You tell the Lord that you met her family, etc and at some point he is going to find out she is a bastard. This guy has money and maybe he could help your fmily, but he wont once he finds this out. I could be way overthinking this, but ....

She put herself at risk so you could go to the feast. I couldn't just thank her by betraying her secret to her fiancé.

I agree and that's why I chose not to betray her in the end

Don't overthink it, when was the last time TellTale gave you a difficult choice and you actually felt the success/failure from your choice? It's like walking from A to B, you have a choice of either wearing your sneakers or your flip-flops, but you still be going from A to B.

Haha good analogy, but what I like about these games is that it defines what sort of person that character is. Does she keep her word no matter the consequences or does she do absolutely anything to save her family? Also, what is interesting in this case is that you have to betray one character's trust

Getting his financial aid by being honest? Good.
Witnessing his despair when he realizes his "true love" isn't from some wealthy family? Priceless.

Realistically speaking, it's a dumb lie - you have to tell a lie, which will upset someone and may have negative repercussions later down the line and there is NO realistic chance that the play is going to work (her family will obviously not be there at the wedding, which will tip him off)

I told him. Sera is the character I don't care about in the slightest.

I did cover for her, even if I was being conflicted about the choice. I did chose to help Sera in the end because she's friend of Margaery and this could probably help Mira more that lord Tarbek. But I get somehow the impression that Sera cannot be trusted too much.
Anyway, as pointed out in the discussion, I doubt it would be so easy to keep hidden Sera's lack of legitimate parentage in a feudal society, especially if the groom is already suspicious about it.

Sera and the homeless boy is like your only true allies in King's Landing. I figured if she's go down I won't be far from falling myself so might as well help her. But it really doesn't matter, this person hit the nail on the head.

This isn't Mass Effect, your choices don't make that much of impact on the game.

As Mira, I keep expecting Sera, Tom or Rickard to stab me in the back.
But survival and honor alike push me to help them as they help me.
There is no way I would have told Sera's secret while she is distracting Margaery for me.

Same here, though the one I'm betting that is really going to stab Mira on the back is Rickard. There is just something wrong with him.

It feels like he is hiding something. Sera as well. As for Tom, he is not hiding that he is hiding the who-what-why of his helping me. But again, I couldn't just let my savior drown.

For my fourth save, I did betray her, but mainly because I'm making the Mira of the that saved game a complete backstabbing ♥♥♥♥♥ who would betray anyone to save her family.

But aside from that, I lied for Sera for my other saves. While I still question how loyal Sera is, she not only got Mira into the feast, but distracted Margaery so Mira could continue her mission. There were a few times where I did treat Sera badly, yet she pulled through still. Then again, she may have distracted Margaery because she didn't want to get any blame for letting Mira in. Either way, I felt that I could throw her a cookie and not betray her trust (with the exception for my fourth saved game, of course). ;)
