Has anyone in a telltale game ever
just taken the "silence is always a valid option"-option from beginning to the end and did it make any difference at all?

I have a few times and it didn't seem to do anything, the people you are talking to will just give you a dirty look and continue the conversation.

Getting into the party 1 option she calls you an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and will never talk to you again the silence option she goes aww don't give me those puppy dog eyes... exact same result and animation either way.

Yeah, at some point, right, but I literally meant all the time this was an option. Can't believe noone tried it

For the first season of TWD i did it all the way through and as Twisty said, they just give you a dirty look and the plot moves on. You essentially get less dialog.

I always wanted to do a Walking Dead silent playthrough just to see if anyone ever comments on you never saying anything, but I guess they won't - only for each individual instance

I do use the silent option though still more than most people do on those lets plays. Sometimes the silent option just fits myself better, and that's how I'd react in that situation. I'm more of an observer. The Walking Dead Season 1 was probably the one Telltale game where I chose the silent option the most, except for moments when I had to be the mediator and keep Kenny and Lily from going at each other's throats.

There are a few comments here and there on that in the GOT game. For example, I remember being silent with Ramsey as Ethan in the first episode, and Ramsey said something to Ludd like "You didn't tell me he was a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mute too." Lol.

I chose the silent option too when Ludd asked me what become of Geralt. Honestly, I just took too long that time for an answer, but Duncan actually takes the blame for it if you don't respond. Its another neat thing they threw in, and it also won some brownie points towards Duncan's way in my eyes.

My Mira has perfected the art of staying quiet and throwing some serious shade.

Someone did that for the Walking dead season one. Watch the Adventures of Mute Lee. He doesn't do anything or say anything. either triple dot or no action unless needed. It is edited but the premise is that Lee never speaks except for grunts, helps anyone or runs out the timer.

Sure will do, thank you. Though I could imagine, that - as the first tailored story by telltale - the first season of game of thrones was probably the one with the least real choices and most illusion of choice. I remember that in the wolf among us, you could really get the feeling that some things have changed, even if it wasn't major differences, the end felt very different.

What I'm aiming at: is there something like that for season two or wolf among us, too?

I do that a few times here and there, really, the core endings never change and you pretty much given lots of dirty or questioning looks. sometimes you are given a huge flak for saying nothing but not all the time, while others just go meh. It's a option in the game, but it usually ends with a not so great ending

I started a TWD playthrough, like that, but I never got around to finishing it. It was amusing though; watching everyone around me act crazy. And it seemed like they all resented me, for being the only one to act (relatively) normal.

This isn't a game. It's an illusion of a game.

I've replayed each episode and none of your choices mean anything. The story plays out the exact same way. Your dialogue choices make zero difference to the story.

it's just a story with quicktime events disguised as choices, since none of the choices matter just press anything to advance the story.

Worse telltale adventure ever!

At least their previous adventure storybook games had alternate endings and different paths. This has no forks in the path.
