And it's not Game of Thrones, it seems to be a problem with the Telltale graphics engine!
Funny enough, the game Jurassic Park did work on my system already, changes I've made:
- Replaced HDD by SSD
- Upgraded from Win 7 to Win 10
No problems what so ever with any other game; even Telltale's Back to the Future did work fine.
But searching for "telltale flicker" resolves in many hits regarding many different system configurations and Telltale games.
Any ideas?
This also occurred to me while playing Final Fantasy 7 on PC, so it wasn't exclusive to Telltale. I also solved my problem before switching TVs to playing my games in Windowed mode.
Must've something to do with the refresh rate I think (which I can't adjust in Jurassic Park - can you in Final Fantasy?)
I don't think you can adjust it in Final Fantasy either. I think the solution I found was to play the game in windowed borderless mode or something... and even that's a big maybe I might be misremembering it.
