Apparently Poison route kills Ludd, and Ambush route kills Gryff. One lives, one dies.
And even if I didn'tt like the ending I wouldn't be bothered by it. As long as I enjoyed the game itself there's no issue for me.
I poisoned Ludd, let the mother drink from the glass and had Asher as my survivor, beheaded Mira and left the Iron Grove for Ironrath
I got Instinct and Nobility
Is there no other option with Asher? Can't you take the ambush the camp route? Poison just feels so absolutely wrong for Asher... my Roderik is more the sly guy.
it seems that no matter what happens, hilarity ensues and Ironrath falls to the Whitehills, with either Lud or Gryff escaping. Neither Asher's army, nor Roderick and Ethan's rulership, nor Mira's efforts at King's Landing can prevent it. Heck it sounds like the only way for Mira to not lose her head is to literally sell herself to one of the men determined to destroy them. It was a six episode train wreck for the House. Granted this is the Seven Kingdoms at the height of Lannister power, but stil...
I don't mind the story overall, but it's hard to stay invested like this.
I tried... believe me I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tried but like many said in the end it does not matter. Since Mira can be beheaded she will most likely be killed by the merchant at the start of season 2 when he learns that basically Ironrath is lost. When you choose to marry Gwyn your mother will attack Whitehill with a dagger and basically wound him as much as you would when you call out the ambush.
Everybody died, but what matters is I played the nice guy, and the forresters will be remembered as the poor house who was destroyed by the whitehills. The north remembers.
So then tell me: what ways are there to kill Ludd? I know the ambush doesn't work but apparently the poison does. I have seen a Video of Roderick decapatating Ludd in his camp so I was wondering whether that is also possible with Asher or if basically it's like this:
Asher --> ambush Gryff dies --> poison Ludd dies
Roderick --> attack the camp --> either Ludd or Gryff dies
Has anyone been able to kill Ludd with Asher in any way other than to invite them in the keep and then ambush or poison the Whitehills?
I totally agree. I was ready for an ending like that episode in The Walking Dead series 1 where it shows you how many are left in your party. I thought i had totally ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up by killing everyone but no there was no way to save everyone. Pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Telltale.
