To save the North Grove or not...

I get it that Lord Gregory said the North Grove must not fall or something like that. I chose to stay though and fight for it because I didn't want the evil forces to get it and who knows what that would lead to.

At the same time I'm like "The foresters need these troops and this magic. Maybe lord gregory sent me up there to reteive it to help his kingdom. ~ sigh~ decisions decisions

Don't worry about your decision to stay or to leave. It's a Telltale game so choices doesn't matter at all. I assume that something will happen in the next episodes which lead to a change of plan and they must go to another place. Maybe the wall get attacked and they need to help the guards. For that they must leave the north grove / cancel their way to Ironrath and the different paths comes together again.

If Season 2 ever comes out. I have a feeling it dosen't matter if Gared stays or not. If Gared decides to stay at North Grove, there will be a 5 minute scene where he is forced to leave anyway at the beginning of Season 2..
