If you have seen the last episode of season 5, you will realize that scenario is pretty much off the table.
Even if you chose to kill Ludd, the last cutscene in the game is Beshka riding away with Ryon so it's not even really implied, it's actually shown.
With Rodrik, you attack the Whitehill camp. There you can choose between Ludd and his son. You can kill only one of them.
With Asher, you can poison Ludd, but if you do that, his son survive. If you not poison Ludd, you can kill his son, but this time Ludd survive.
So either way, you can kill Ludd.
