Avoidable Deaths?: *spoilers*
Just wondering what people have noticed about whose death can be spared and whose death is unavoidable.

In my first playthrough I bent the knee, and kissed the ring and stayed on the ground thinking that if I didn't the antagonists would kill some of my family members then and there to punish me for my obstinance. But does anyone know if it makes any difference? *In my end scene I was given the Lord's body under a shrowd instead of on a spike- I heard this was a difference, but I was hoping for actual deaths being prevented from my submission*.

{SPOILERS}
* Obviously you can save the squire at the red wedding.
* When I played as Asher the sister wasn't harmed during the wedding ambush scene or at any other time, and I saved a few villiagers. The villiagers thing is definitely a choice but I wanted to know if the sister could have possibly died if you played differently.
* I really liked the non-wildling guy at the wall and befriended him only to find that taking him with me meant a preventable death when he turned into a white-walker (which wouldn't have happened if he stayed at the wall) :(.
* I heard that if you kill the traitor sentinel your chosen sentinel will survive... But I found that out a little too late and think Royland died while he sent Asher off by horse.
* Obviously either Mira or Tom will die based on your final choice.
* If you don't leave Asher's squire with Daenerys will he die in battle?
Does anyone have any other observations about deaths that could have happened or could have been avoided? I know there are a lot of scenarios in these games that were set in stone, and none of your choices could change them but I also like to think that my playing style could have saved a few lives.

The first guy Asher fought can be spared, also Bloodsong (but he dies anyway during the Whitehill siege). Another one is Beksha's former master and if he survived, Dany will be happy with Asher. Also, if you let Rodrik live, you can choose to kick his Glenmore wife out of Ironrath saving her from horrible fate (not sure if she dies if she stay but never expect a happy ending for prisoner of war) though she automatically leave Ironrath if Asher survived instead. Talia Forrester definitively survived in all endings.

I think Malcolm will stay with Dany regardless of choice taken.
