black screen for pc version....

i cant play this game all i get is a black screen when i boot it up

yes i tried all 4 of those things im not sure if my computer can handle it maybe ill wait for a update.

The first time you run the game it should start in windowed mode. Did that happen, or was it straight to black screen? I get a black screen when trying to run the game in fullscreen at less than native resolution (1080p 120hz for gaming, 4k 30hz for desktop), and fixed it by switching my desktop resolution to what I wanted to run the game at before launch. It's a pain, but at least with this game I'm only laoding it up 1-2 times per episode.

If this doesn't help you, maybe you could post your system specs, and a more complete description of the problem? It will make it much easier for people to help you troubleshoot.

I tried to add you but it seems the steam servers are having some issues right now. You can add me if you like, but honestly the forums may be the best way to hash this out since I may not be able to fix your problems if all the info is here theres a better chance someone else can.

Maybe deleting the folder at this location:

C:\Users\{User Name}\Documents\Telltale Games\Tales from the Borderlands

WARNING: This will probably reset *everything* (including any progress you've made),
but hopefully this will get you back to the small window when running the game for the first time.
