Season pass?
I purchased this game to get the rewards for the Pre-Sequel. When they didn't appear, I contacted support and they said it's only for Season Pass owners. I don't see an option for that anywhere on Steam, anyone have an idea here?

Try looking in your shift account to see if you have Tales from The Borderlands Rewards. If not I don't know.

That response from them is fairly stupid to be honest. The only purchase on Steam for TFTB and any Telltale game is the season pass. If you own it on Steam you own the season pass.

I do, but the items haven't appeared in game.

I'd go back to them and point out you already own the season pass. Unless they mean the TPS season pass.

It meant the Seasom Pass for the Pre-Sequel

you have to go to a shift machine (don't know the name for it) in the pre-seguel to get the items.

yes, I know. I did that. Just a bunch of keys in there. I had to contact support for my loyalty rewards for 1 and 2 as well.

The keys in there are the rewards. jesus christ it's not hard to read the names of the keys.
