What happen if you dont buy it ?

I only bought the outfit for Sasha as I already had a new one for Fiona but at the tour one guy merely says something like:"She doesn't even look Hyperion." Nothing else.
Can you even not buy anything for Sasha?

You may not buy any uniforms. There will be a line about how "She doesn't even look Hyperion." like @Sero said. Other than that nothing will change. You will just loose Fionas smoking hot looks in dem outfit

There is only one Hyperion outfit for Fiona but also two "Steampunk" outfits for her as well in the QuickChange at that moment. (They are the same two available at the Atlas dome's QuickChange for Fiona.) It confused me for a bit, but one of the Fiona outfits state that it's Hyperion.

Sasha gets two options at that moment, both Hyperion. Weird because they didn't seem to care to confuse Fiona's outfits but made sure you didn't get one of the other two Sasha outfits available at the Atlas dome's QuickChange.

Nothing changes for Fiona even if you get the Hyperion outfit. One of the Jacks will still say that Fi barely looks Hyperion.
