Telltale Account or not ?
Hi to all.

So i just got TftBL (& GoT), & was wondering what r the advantages of making a Telltale account? Also, if there were any dis-advantage's in not making an account?

I don't think there is any. They record your statistics either way and show you what other player have chosen.
Oh wait they'll send you e-mails with their game releases. Nasty.

I think they advertised to show you more stats of players if you got an account, don't feel like I'm missing anything by not having it.

None if you bought it on Steam. You need an account if you bought a copy which redeems directly through them and even then you need to login once to download it and that would be it.

Well, I bought it from Humble Bundle, i think (bad memory), & the E-Mail they sent included both a Steam Key & a Telltale Key (which is still un-redeemed).

The Telltale key will mean you can get episode five earlier. As it when it does release the episode releases through Telltale generally about 5-6 hours before Steam. Although with only a single episode remaining that's something which is more advantageous earlier in the season.

Nah, the 6hr difference isn't a big deal to me. Especially since I'm not sure if I'll even be up to the last Ep. before it's released.

Also, do you know if the Telltale Keys & the Steam Keys are linked in any way, or is it ok to give a friend the Telltale Keys to use?
