No they didn't, it's still Mike Turner voicing him. They just slipped up and forgot to pitch shift his voice down like they did in prior appearances.

I tracked that down since you mentioned it. Not sure if I'd take their response that literally considering how glib it is:

Q: Why did Zero sound different from before?

A: There might be a glitch in the mainframe.
