Whether you were an enemy or friend to loader bot, he kidnap you just so he can find out your reasonings for the events that led up to Gortys destruction. At least for me, when Loader Bot reveal himself, he seem to have no major ill will toward Rhys, since I was his friend. All of his anger was targeted toward Fiona.

He has no reason to kidnap and threaten Rhys.
