Loader Bot in episode 5
So at the end of the game, Loader bot is revealed to be the captor who questioned the 2 protagonists the whole game. What if I had chosen in episode 1 to have him self-destruct? What would be different with the game's ending? Because if he was dead he obviously couldn't do the things he did.

How does he do that if he self-destructed?

Loader bot retains his memory in between bodies. He can be destroyed in episode 1 but is later replaced with memory intact.
