Why my Rhys has no shoes right at the begining of the 3rd episode?
He had his shoes on during the entire episode 2

Rhys' right shoe came off when Fiona was trying to grab him from falling from the car at the beginning of Episode 2.

Yeah i know that could have happened but on my 2nd playthrough i let him go to have his shoe on.

He's missing a shoe, the game follows the missing shoe scenario at the begining of ep 3 but i sure was having a shoe on the entire ep 2 it even had some serious consequenses. Vasques will make a joke about Vaughn's body instead of Rhys' sock for instance.

I experienced the same thing.
Didn't try to make fiora grab him during the boost sequence, so he still had his shoe the whole ep2.
But during the beginning of ep 3, Fiora somehow had his shoe in her inventory... She gave it back to him a bit later.
