I mean wallpaper for a desktop. Do you mean a profile pic or a steam skin? If you mean a steam skin how do I get that?

No, I mean backgrounds/wallpapers you can get for completing badges or buy them off the Steam market. Steam skins are a different thing entirely. You'd need to obtain these wallpapers in Steam if you want them for your Steam profile (you can set them in your profile settings), but if you want them for your desktop wallpaper, here are the direct links to them so you can save them to your computer. (I hope this isn't violating any rules... Also, I hope the links work.)
