ingame overlay not working

i´d like to have the game manual open in the overlay browser but can´t get it to open. alt+tab-ing in and out is a pain in the ass so i was hoping for some clue...

The game manuals from the Help Menu are links to open PDF file which uses an external program to view them. There is no in the game engine viewer for those in Red Storm. If you have a second screen you can open the docs and move them there. If not, alt tabbing may be the only way to see both at the moment. I'll check and see if there is another way to have better access to both.

what i mean is the steam in game overlay which you get with alt+tab, it works with every other game

Looked at this and it looks like the game has full control of the keyboard and intercepts all keys and the Steam system does not get the keys. I'll log this with the team and see if we can fix it in the new game engine. Sorry for the trouble with the overlay.
