Starting out fuel issues

Am I doing something wrong? I find I can't even make it to an ice asteroid and back to a fuel station with full fuel in the starting hydrogen tanks. Seems a little unbalanced? Or am I doing something wrong when started out?

How far is the asteroid? If I recall correctly, there should be plenty of hydrogen to get from the far side of the planet to a station via an asteroid. Maybe check the modifiers in the menu before starting a game?

Yes, we are probably increased fuel consumption too much in this update. We will rebalance it. For now, create a new world and set "Fuel consumption" multiplier to 0.5, for example, it should be better.

Thanks for the advice, I already adjusted but just wanted to make sure. Appreciate the reply.

In patch notes says, that fuel spends x5 faster. So, i set 0.2 fuel spending in world generation.
