Anyone remember the soundtrack disc that came with the game?

(Thanks Detestable Geohound, and Melodia for the Music Disc info!)

I have all 5 Music Discs... Yes that's right. 5. There was a bonus disc that came with the Dreamcast version, and 2 versions of the 2-Disc OST (one far better quality than the other). There's also Melodia but it basically has what the other discs have.

Apparently there are two copies of the OST because of licensing issues or something in a country, so a company hacked together the soundtrack. Turns out I had the 'bad' copy for years and only managed to figure it out recently. Was lucky to find both of the original discs.

Hell yeah, I must have listened to it a hundred times by now. Great soundtrack, something about it really captures the vibrant spirit of the game.

Are you sure you don't just have bootlegs? VGMDb only list the original Two-Five releases (TRCD-10013 and TRCD-10014) for the OST.
Incidently the two discs were separate releases, not a "2 disc OST", though the first print of Deus came with a slipcase to hold both.

Yeah its possible, but I was able to look both up and find them. So I don't think so. I don't have the discs on hand to check them again right now. I know for sure the second pair I got was the Two-Five released discs.

That you were able to look them up doesn't mean much -- Taiwan (and some other countries) have for decades now made high quality bootlegs that look like they are 'real' -- but the companies and catalog numbers belay their origin. If you have discs from either Son May or Ever Anime (there are others but those were/are the main two) then there's no doubt they are boots.

Could totally be possible. Again, I can't really check right now as said discs are many miles away. Not totally important either way I guess; just means I have more of the same. And who can really complain about that considering the music in the game?
