Nut Grabber achievement

was anyone able to get it? i grabbed 25 but still not getting achievement.

i did get 24.. didnt get it, restart, get 25, still didnt get it.

wait i got it - play that minigame 7 times
first story game = 1 freebie
second game = 4
third game = 8
fourth game = 12
fifth game = 16
sixth game = 20
7th game = 24 <-- beat this, get achievement

No, they didn't. The achievement does say to grab 24 nuts, if you know how the mini game works, it works as described above, and that is how you get the 24, as well as all the various items.

Thanks, don't know if the strat Guide goes this indepth.

Me? i've beaten the game many times on dreamcast how i knew about the quote.
But ya for others beware just in case cause this is 1 RPG you don't want to spoil for yourself.

I think the achivement should say "Grab 24/24 nuts in the Hut of Trials".. So its not missunderstood. I got 26/12 at some point and was a little annoyed it didn't count.. But since I did look at a guide I knew it went to 24 and assumed it meant 24/24 not just 24 at any point..

True but that other trophy with hurricane belt was misleading so not too much of a surprise.

I did, I got 26 nuts and it unlocked.

Good thing I used the search function. I didn't know you could do the trial serveral times. I even saved my game in an extra slot so I could retry the trial many times and was wondering why I didn't unlock the achievement when I had 24/01 at the first trial ...

I managed to complete the trial many times, when it asked me to get 24 nuts, I did and won, but i never got my achievement despite doing it more than once already.
