Baked Plains 2 - Sandman - Near the exit are 2-4 groups of 6 Sandman (2x3) (2 Hand Grenades)
Lumir Forst - Big Foot - Near the exit are 2 groups of 4 Big Foots (2x2) (1 Burnflame)
Underground Plant (Valmar's Claw) - Every undead enemy - Warriors are good for SC, Skulls are good for SC and MC and Vein Brains are good for MC (1 Burnflame)
Great Rift - Desert Diver - Infront of the Demon's Law are 3 groups of 6 Desert Diver. You can either kill them with 2 Dynamites or with Wind Elemental Skills. After Leck Guarder is a Save Point so you can recover your MP there.
After the Great Rift there aren't any GOOD farming spots anymore. What you can do is get the Exp x2 Item from the Secret Stage and grind right infront of the entrance/exit of Raul Hills 2. Still that's not really good. If it should be fast and shouldn't take to long go with the Desert Divers and maybe the Underground Plant.
Never tried leaving and entering it again. Still there are a lot of encounters giving good exp, mc and sc in the first place. So farming in that place indicates defeating everything instead of just the enemies on the way.
