ok thanks for telling me that. i remember playing grandia 2 remaster on pc 10 years ago. the game crashed constantly and there was crash every 30 minutes. thus you are right and the issue has not been fixed if it still crashed for you
Hi mate ! Just for knowing when you said 3 times you mean in a row the same day ?
I have had some crashed when entering the world map (or more precisely the famous fade out out and in that happen hen you you exit an area)
I have disable Steam overlay and magically crash doesn't happen ....
Just before i have launch the game 3/4 time to this very moment and crash exactly when exiting the Nanan village of Mareg.
Screen fade out normally and....woopp crash to the desktop 3/4 times.
Disable overlay steam and no crashg.
OIther time it happen to the snow area too long time ago.
In compatibility mode Windows notice that FMW are the worse you don't see at all. Just let it in Auto mode and there they will be display "perfectly" (in the sense you can view them)
I don't know if the Anniversary isn't better....
The hd remaster is better than before for sure i have notice some improvements but ..yeah it's not yet perfect.
The night a crashed a lot it was in menus and some time after a battle. I think the game does not like my buttons smashing on the stats screen.
Since I stopped button mashing to get out of menu or battle quickly I had not a single crashs since.
At the final boss, I crashed two times after the death animation.
Only on the 3rd try, after a full reboot, that I was able to see the ending. A major problem like this should have been fixed a long time ago.
