Slowdown in battle and graphical issues on switch

Hi there :)
I don't know what happened with the game but the latest patch introduced a slowdown issue.
When a battle starts the intro sequence is fluid but as soon as i can take control the game slows down to half the speed. Some sequences are also affected by this.

This did not happen in older versions, or the initial Version of the game.
The Anniversary Edition on GoG is also not affected by this(The game was removed from GoG, but i still have it)
When i install the Anniversary Edition here on Steam. there is also no slowdown.

On Switch there are graphical issues, whenever i use fire. There are huge squares appearing which looks like the lighting is wrong. This bug happened since release and there is no patch a year later :(
