Ok i knew that reveal at very begining of the game that she is the Wing of Valma.
But unlike another Valma's parts she take the form of pretty woman not some ugly monster.

She also can jump off her host body without damaged Elena's soul.

And their are one time she try to said something about herself but Elena prevent her to finished her sentence, what does she trying ot say?

Is she some kind of Elena's alter-ego?
(She take form of wing because Elena need some freedom?)

And while Zera try to absorb her how can she survive?

And another unrelated question. What Ryudo try to do at the end?
It something about Granasabre and Melifice but why he need to travel to that tree?
Why he don't just show himself at his hometown where Melfice die and his journey begin?

the peices of valmar kind of amplify what's already there. mellenia is a part of elena's personality given it's own life by the wings. elena has a strong will, so the wings were also unable to possess her totally, as most of the others were. this is keeping in line with gaiden's greed and aria's fear transforming them into monsters, and selene's passion.

i think that if elena were less strong willed, the wings would have transformed her as the horns did melface and tried to do with ryudo. i think ryudo didnt have an "alter ego" because instead of coming to terms with his peice of valmar, he conquored it.

mellenia survived absorbtion because she was a peice of elena the whole time, not "just" the wings. you kind of see this in the epilog, where both women have come to terms, and aspects of the other's personality finally manifest (elena "going wild" as a traveling performer, mellenia settling down as a schoolmarm)

he's at the tree hiding the granasaber so that it cannot be used for ill in the near future. the place looks quite a lot like the area where the game opened.
