Upgrading to MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 2015

Is there any possible way I could trade in this software along with an extra $20 USD and upgrade to MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 2015? This software does great things, however, it isn't quite as detailed as i had expected. There isn't a lot of information posted about this product on the steam home page. This product just isn't for me.
