Desktop Mate

vrm models goes transparent why ?
I managed to get a Katress ignis model from palworld and turn the file to Vrm ( everything is there , bones , texture and the model itself of course) but whenever i use it in desktop mate it's just invisible ._. any help surely something is wrong with my model (i used fmodel to get the file and blender to export it to vrm.) help ?

thanks for your answer ,when i check the shader editor in the vrm model it has no nodes in it so i don't understand, surely i'm missing something then ? My comments not gonna be helpful, I apologize, but you gotta show me and others the Katress on a window or something when you fix it. lmao. If you get a good pic, post it in the community if you weren't. I'll prolly do a Splatterina or something later.

i must clearly be missing something but i can't find it. if you happen to manage to do it for splatterina feel free to do so with this one aswell...

HEY i got normal katress working i think i know how to get katress ignis working aswell from there but not sure haven't tried yet. i don't think it's perfect though some tweaks here and there need to be done especially on the movement check this for the current model ( normal katress only)

that was a good idea i had not tried it before but it saddly wasn't my solution i truly think the issue is with my vrm model something must be wrong about it but i have absolutely no idea what so far i only managed to get the eyes appearing the rest of the boddy is still transparent except for the outlines , the models moves fine aswell.

(edit)maybe the model is just too large but i don't know how to make it entirely smaller without ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ everything up sooooo yeh that would be it for me and it's just an hypothesis.

Sorry, that's my bad. I meant scale the model down in Blender, then exporting it again. That usually fixes it for me.

at this point i'm lead to believe this is my issue since the model i'm trying to fix is like 50 times bigger than the other models i have that actually works. i need to learn how to do it first and i really don't have that time with me for now maybe next week or this week-end i'll see then. but definite thanks for confirming this to me =) this is giving hope again ( for the 10th time probably).
just checked my model size difference ( model that works is 3m tall vs model that don't work is 119 m tall XD)
