how to make her interact with music?

i seen this video of miku dancing to a song, and i'm not sure if it's a premade animation or if shes actually interacting with the audio, but either way i haven't seen this animation before and i'm wondering how to get it. this is the video i'm referring to: https://x.com/0arael/status/1882807525164437712

It's not her interacting with music, it's just her regular standing animation and the person recording is moving their mouse to have it look like Miku's head is bobbing.

i actually discovered this on my own shortly after i posted this lol, i was listening to some music and i started moving my mouse to make her bob her head to the beat and thats when i realized thats what was happening in the video.
