GUIDE: How to run Desktop Mate without steam

Seems the latest update or something has made Desktop Mate force steam to open even when you run it outside the games files.

If you wish to run without steam, download the latest zip from Goldberg Steam Emulator
https://mr_goldberg.gitlab.io/goldberg_emulator/

Extract the ZIP and copy the steam_api64.dll file, and replace the one in this directory:
\Steam\steamapps\common\Desktop Mate\DesktopMate_Data\Plugins\x86_64\steam_api64.dll
