"Your Girls" is a $3 or so game that allows for custom models and animations without modding. It has a steam workshop, so devs are pro modding.

Perhaps the Devs of Desktop Mate should take a note of Your Girls method of monetization. I'd be willing to pay for the base game if it had more functionality beyond an alarm, like drag and drop mp3s to play orcustomizing the base model for those who don't want to mod.

I'll say tho that from launch Your Girl feels clunkier to navigate imo.
