In the Graphics Settings, click on the browse option in the graphics performance preference area. From there the exe in steamapps of the desktopmate application. Click and add it to the graphics performance preference area. then click on the exe and select graphics preference from the options, Power Saving (Processor power) instead of High performance (graphics card) and restart your system.
