at the far right end of your video Event\Clip , is the Pan Crop icon . click it .
you will need to use the Keyframes to make your Animation Zoom , as the time line plays )

"move the play head" and make a keyframe , "move the play head" and make a keyframe
continue doing so as needed , to build your animation .

or ,
on the far Left , is the "Track Controller" each track has it's own Track Controller .
in the Track Controller , click the "Track Motion" icon . this can act as a Zoom too .
