please install the "quicktime alternative (qt7)" on your computer. After that, the problem should no longer occur.
Kind regards
Your VEGAS team
Same error. I googled but it just takes you to a bunch of spam sites with fake down load buttons everywhere.
file size 41,896,256 bytes
get it at apple.com
the official apple web site ( the iPhone people , yeah , that apple web site )
works just fine with windows 10 .
quickTimeInstaller to allow window and Mac computers to read
and render .mov files . Don't blame Vegas if the quickTimeInstaller
no longer works . Apple does NOT support quickTimeInstaller , anymore .
Last time i tried it , the version i listed above still worked on windows 10
to import .mov files from an iPhone .
unfortunate . the only Ever work-around has been to re-transcode with Hand Break .
i have seen Adobe photoShop Elements import MJPEG , but Yet Vegas could NOT .
The biggest weakness of vegas .
Hitfilm Pro doesn't import everything either .
Davinci Reslove 16 does NOT import everything either .
and yet ,
what you say is True .
data packing and file headers are different and
not known to vegas .
and yet , the Vegas codecs have been written to specification .
it seems there are many ways to pack the data and make
unique file headers .
