How to use velocity
Or is velocity not in this version of vegas?

Only Vegas Pro available apperentely.

This of course includes Vegas Pro Edit.

you can slow motion or speed up , by 4x to .25x .
do it on the Time Line , grab right edge of clip whileholding Ctrl key , then drag the Event\clip .
a jagged line appears on the clip , to denote "Stretched" .

i already know how to slow down/speed up clips i was wondering if this specific program had velocity, but it doesn't :/

No Envelope Curve with Movie Studio products .
