what codec is being used for the Audio , during rendering ?
we are assuming the TIme Line palys just fine for video and audio .
my favorite codec to use is :
"Sony AVC\MVC" to make a .m2ts , with Dolby audio ( blu-ray compliant )
On the Right side pane , choose one of the "AVCHD 1080" options .
scroll down just a bit , to see the AVCHD 1080 choices .
