VEGAS Movie Studio 13 Platinum - Steam Powered

For those missing CUDA encoding in newer cards(NVENC render alternative)
So since many people keep asking for GPU encoding, i just decided to demonstrate the speed advantage it can take with NVENC encoding which replace old CUDA encoding for newer cards. The quality of NVENC is a bit better than CUDA.

This is just a demonstration to show how it can get good speed, but for a optimal usage it would be better if Magix implement NVENC inside Vegas to avoid usage of 3rd party applications. But hardware encoding is already a possible thing for Vegas with 3rd party applications if you want to try out.

If you want to adventure through it just advising about colorspace will be a bit tricky to keep original because Frameserver+Avisynth conversion. The purpose is only to demonstrate the capability of NVENC for rendering. For this use you need Debug Fameserver to output the raw video outside Vegas, then using Avisynth to detect it and feed some encoder which has avisynth support and you can render through that. In this case i used NVEncc CLI but FFmpeg works too.

EDIT: So after sometime messing around i understand the basics here about colorspace conversion. To use the encoding in FFmpeg with frameserver+Avisynth you need to apply levels Studio To RGB in your video timeline and specify the luma level and colormatrix in avisynth script. That will work for AMD VCE and Intel Quicksync too.
