While contacting them attach a link to this thread and send the DxDiag file as well as a log file. I will explain how you can get the files below:
LOGS:
- All Windows platforms (except Windows 10 UWP):
Locate where the game is installed. Usually, it can be done by checking the properties of the game in the launcher. For example, in Steam - Right-click on the game in the library > Manage > Browse local files. Then among the game files in the main directory of the title, there should be an executable file named ChildrenOfMotra LogPacker v12.
- Windows 10 (UWP) platform:
Browse the:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Packages\11bitstudios.12487E5DA4D9B_gwy9gn5q9j1y6\ and pack all contents of this folder into a .zip file.
DXDIAG:
- Click on Start.
- Type "DxDiag" and launch DxDiag.
- Click on "Save all information".
- Save "Dxdiag.txt" file.
