I quite like how satisfying it is to strike enemies as Joey, but the reason he's so low is due to just how difficult he is to play. When you do strike enemies it feels great, but getting to that point is troublesome. (Plus I would say that his damage while evading is a bit unimpressive.)

I only played Kevin once, when I first unlocked him, but was immediately turned off by his incredibly short range. I haven't gone back and messed around anymore, and he's now the only family member still sitting at level 2.


Overall: ranged characters are fun, to me. As they've been in many games.

You really should give Kevin a go, later he destroy bosses in a matter of seconds. Last boss in particular was a joke when i beat him with Kevin.

He is strong, but while I like his personality, I like playing him the least. It is a close last place with Joey.

I have all characters at 20+ at this point and everything bought that can be bought. My ranking are based on playing these characters at level 20+.

1. Kevin is my favorite bar none, no other character compares to his damage potential.

2. Lucy is my second favorite, she can ALMOST keep up with kevin's damage.

3. Linda is probably the easiest to play because she does high single target damage and can basically kite everything and anything.

4. Joey is actually insanely strong and can basically face tank everything in the game without worrying about dying, you don't even NEED to dodge with Joey. He has so much damn HP that he will never die, even if you just tank everything w/o dodging.

5. Mark is fun to play because he is so damn quick, he can almost face tank everything in the game, just like Joey.

6. I hate John, he is the most boring to play out of all of them, his level 20 family skill is pretty much the best one though.

1.Joey: Feels satisfying to play with such a weighty hammer. He isn't much fun at the lower lvls but once he hit around 14 he really came into his own and the runs he can use are great too. I didn't like his dodge mechanic at first until I accidentally used it in chain with his primary attack. It flowed really nicely.

2.John: Finding the rythmn between, swinging, blocking, dodging and heavenly strike is fun in and of itself.

3.Mark: Every body was kung fu fighting!
