Hardware acceleration FIX
recently ive played Bejeweled 2 (not sure if i spelled it right) and tryed it on my OLD 2003 view sonic 1280x1024 moniter and turned on hardware acceleration and it ran at 24 fps... a reasonable speed (that was a month ago) and just recently i tryed it on my 1920x1080 moniter and ran at 10 FPS .... the fix? i set the moniter to 1600x1200 and it ran at 60 fps :D with hardware acceleration on i found that it is nessasary for the game to be played with high res and hardware accel on in a 4:3 standard setting as 16:9 stretches the render point too much and it will only render at 10 fps settings in-game are: EVERYTHING on in 1600x1200 res runs fine

i also should add that i use windows 8.1 and it should work for 7 and MAYBE XP but not vista... (i hate vista) lol

afaik there is no win8 support for it...
try this -> compatibility mode "Windows 7"

btw...one thread would have been enough, since it is mainly the same...

i did try that but ... i found out the Bejeweled 2 runs only 4:3 displays only (at least fer me) so i can play @ 30 fps with 1600x1200 no porblem and that is with No compatibiliy things :D

I ran it with hardware acceleration option disabled. Plays flawless. I'm on Windows 8.1

well it will play flawless with acceleration on ONLY IF you set your desktop resolution to a 4:3 dimention

I'm on 16:9 with a resolution of 1366x768. I have Intel HD Graphics on my Dual Core Pentium processor, and that has no effect on the game's compatibility for Windows 10, meaning it runs fine.

yea on windows 10 not windows 8.1 or windows 8 or 7 or vista but runs fine on XP and 10 but odly enough windows 10 cant play midtown madness 1 or 2

I can't even use hardbear A$$-celery. The facked up part is that I have an i7 with an NVIDIA GeForce... Fix?

an Nvidia Geforce what .. dude for all we know you have a ♥♥♥♥ graphics card ... or an old i7

you dont even say your OS

also the fixes i said all work just fine for the hardware acceleration (with variable degrees of success) .. i for one have no problems in windows 10 or windows 7 and marginall success in windows 8.1 all of which are 64bit
